That design is so pretty Genshin, HSR, and HI3 are all apart of the same universe (or something like that), so it makes sense that there will be characters who look similar to others, we’ve already seen this with Yae Sakura and Yae Miko, Raiden Ei and Raiden Mei, Venti and Wendy, etc.. seeing a Genshin variant wouldn’t be surprising

Funny fact: Barbara’s was originally a 5 star but was changed to a 4 star bc there was no free 4 star healer. She is also the only 4 star with a cinematic burst.

Here’s the thing though… her design fits her character perfectly! She has a bubbly personality and enjoys healing those who need it. She also has a heart of gold, and that kind of reflects on her design so it’s fitting.
