Why does it appear that Madara is much better in battle than Kaguya? She's more powerful, but they couldn't successfully seal Madara despite all the living Kage, reanimated Hokages and sage of six paths Sasuke and Naruto... he was a pawn in Kaguya's plan that's how he was foiled.
