Iโve been going through a really intense depression. I finally decided today to start therapy, I re-arranged my entire room and cleaned up, now Iโm in bed Iโm reading this self help book while listening to this. I know things will get better *1 month later: Itโs only been a month but it feels like forever ago. I was in such a bad place and I am still working on it but I feel so much more content. To whoever reads this- Take your time, you've got this! Try to take movement and nourishment breaks for every 45-60 minutes you study/work. Don't overwork yourself. Its crazy how with any other animation studio there tends to be one movie which stands above the others as the "best". with ghibli, every movie is so special in its own way. they are all equally masterpieces.
