We're a family of 4 and we travelled to Japan, South Korea, Cambodia, and Thailand recently; we enjoyed the traveling and infrastructure, but after a while it became monotonous; unable to communicate well with the locals; and so we decided to settle down in the Philippines; as many speaks English; unlike the other Asian countries.

Philippines has a strong island vibe so many islands so many beautiful beaches with crystal clear turquoise water and so much great things to do. I’d say Philippines is the best not to take anything away from Thailand but it’s simply just the best

Honest opinion here. Infrastructure and healthcare is way better in Thailand but people in Philippines is the best of all asians. If you are older and can still travel to get your overhaul like a car:), check up and get things done (hospital needs), just travel to Thailand and enjoy the sceneries, playing soccer elephants, etc. Praying for Philippines infrastructure and healthcare will be strengthen asap. Love some food in thailand, but the rest i can also find and enjoy in Philippines. PH vibes is different. Its alive, pulsating electrifying. It defies everything negative.

I thinks it’s the character of the people, the authenticity is real. Majority of the Filipino culture is sincere in welcoming you and happy. No matter what food they served it’s being your temporary « Companion » and laughter.

I am filipino but I still love to travel within the Philippines only. It is because, we have natural and unique scenes just like the chocolate hills, the only kisses chocolate looking hills in the world. The perfect cone of Mayon volcano. The only thing in the world. The smallest Taal volcano in the whole world. The refined white sand of Boracay and the blue green and crystal clear waters in it . The El nido wherein the cliffs and lagoon were so amazing, And many others.
