In my own opinion. Both loves us but just has different way to express it. In the story quest. There's one timeline where Camellya pretty much confesses her love to us. And the others did the same but in different ways. Shorekeeper waited for centuries for Rover to come back, She sacrificed herself for Rover. And in the end she even said "Is this emotion Love?" or something like that i dont quite remember. I love both very much and i cried in both their stories because its both heartwarming and heart breaking. ❤❤
