Last year I was so stressed and down that I lost 45lbs in 3 months and had terrible hormonal acne, all I did was sleep and cry. This year I’m becoming my best self, eating good, hitting the gym, tracking my cycle, cutting out toxic relationships... Honesty most of these glow up vids are really just tips that is well known or just basic common sense or sometimes things that actually doesnt help out a lot.. but this vid has real things that cn actually help us glow up!! Im so glad i watched this vid!...i found dis super helpful! I hope u make such vids in the future tysm! Gave me a boost of confidence and a urge to get up and not give up.

Im tryin to glow up this upcoming new school year...which is a week ahead now...but let me warn u that peeing every seconds is not actually okay, it can mean water intoxication–which meant you drank too many water. Just look out girlies if ur pee is like water then that's a sign!
