That's the real gem of setting goals. It's not whatever we set out to achieve, but rather, the person we grow into as a result.

1) Focus on what’s in your control - your behaviours 2) Our goals are outside of our control 3) Focus on input which will lead to the output 4) Goals require the participation of other people that why they’re never in your full control whereas… 5) Your behaviour is fully in your control

If you are way too focus on your goal, you will only think about the result and if it is not the good one, you will get disappointed and eventually you will lose your track. Instead, you should focus on your behaviors and even if u face smth bad, just take it as a lesson or step to climb higher and continue your process. Take control of what you can…not the one you cannot…This video makes me realize this…Thank youu!!

Thanks for this message. This is a much better approach to success than having some motivational speaker yelling at you for an hour telling you that you just need to want it bad enough.
Goals should be just set to provide a direction you want to go. Plan of action is what you need to device next and focus on working towards it in order to achieve your goals. Actions have magic in them!

This is so true. I always set up goals, I mean so many goals. But I have never think about how to change my life styles, attitude, or behaviors to actually make some changes. Now I learned. I am so glad that I swiped to this video today. It inspired me a lot. Thank you.
