Things that I learned to not do, while doing these things:
1. Don't say I'll start tomorrow, I'll start next week or next month, jump right in
2. Don't give up after one week,two or three weeks if you don't get results cuz it takes time for the body to burn the fat you made by eating 
3. Don't eat all you can in one day a start doing it again the next day
4. Never let your guard down on eating sweets like chocolate, candy, ice cream. Soda, cakes and more
5. Don't exercise for 2 or three hours and stay at bed for the rest of the day
6. Try getting more sleep at night without 5 hours nap in the evening

I did Calorie deficit and Exercise and it's worked on me. I actually did it to lose weight, because i weight 109 kg but now i am 95 kg(i start like 2 months ago). I'm still working on it, i just want to be 65 kg at the end of the year. Wish me luck! ❤

Volume eating
Don't inhale your food- eat slowly take time.
80/20 rule - stop eating after you are 80% full.
Drink-warm water,lemon juice,cayane pepper,apple cide vinegar.
Exercise- 30 mins per day. 
Bicycle crunches (opposite leg and elbow coming closer ) ,
Standing twists ( knee bent a little upper body stiff ) 
elbow to knee crunches ( also by standing )  
side to side planks.

When I was a teenager I never had a "flat" stomach because I was growing and experiencing new hormonal changes. My flat stomach came in young adulthood only after I lost baby fat and wasnt around people that stressed me out. To all the young girls reading this please focus on a strong core and eating foods that give you energy. Undereating and working out excessively can severely damage your growing body.

Day 1:
20x bike things (forgot name)
20s of arm swings
10x elbow to knee
20x plank twists

I also chewed slower, and ate some more (yes i did try starving myself). Im gonna try the warm lemon water. I do struggle to sleep though ;(

Anyway, for day 1, I saw an extreme improvement!

Just tried the lemon drink, tasted nice:)

I'm in my bed just doing a few exercises, I'm gonna update you guys tommorow!

Try to taste the food.
Stop eating when you are 70 to 80 percent full.
ACV water for faster metabolism.

this helped me so much i went from medium to small (clothing size) IM ACTUALLY THANKING YOU SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.... MUCH im gonna continue this! but just to all people out there
your perfect i got bullied when i was in middle school for being a large size girl, your not the only one.
Just know if your doing this under 14 its actually very concerning dont listen to others, i used to cry when people bullied me but look at me now im a small sized clothes person! just know youring doing this because its a goal not because you feel bad for yourself. Your doing this for the future ! <333

I gained 4 kgs and my graduation is in a month so I'mma try these methods and will update every week
Week 1: I've lost 1.3 kg (61.9 kg)
Week 2: I've lost 0.6 kg (61.3 kg)
Week 3: I've lost 0.3 kg (61kg)
Week 4: I kinda binged eating because of stress so I gained 0.8 kg (61.8kg)

This is honestly the safest and nicest way to learning about what is going on in your body. Its not "You need to eat less" it's "You need to know what your eating" and THAT is soooooo helpful
