Igris kept Jinwoo on track. His guide as a leader while also serving him. Igris was the first to kneel and dignify Jinwoo as a king. He designates him as a figure worthy of great respect and made him a real monarch. The other knights followed suit upon seeing this. His fight against the weakling Jinwoo in the job change quest is also noteworthy. Igris cast aside his weapons and fought unarmed when he saw Jinwoo was unable to pierce him. The test to become the next shadow monarch was not only battle prowess and speed, but moreso about resolve, endurance, strategy, and the mindset of a leader with a purpose. Igris didn't arise as a shadow and kneel until Jinwoo spoke out to him and appealed to Igris' pride as a knight.
