Today is June 29, 2022. I just discovered Walk at Home on YouTube. Loved the walk down your blood sugar videos. I plan on doing them from now on. Gave me hope. At 77 years young , a cancer survivor, heart attacks survivor, and needing to lose over 100 pounds, these videos got me inspired to walk at home again. I survived COVID-19 this spring also. Very glad to find something I can do at home. My doctors will be proud of me.

This is brilliant. My friend, a senior doctor recommended your videos . I started about a month back with the 10 _15 min walks( 1 mile ) , now I do the 2 miles. Today my pp bsl was 181 so I walked with your 3 videos for reducing blood sugar. Checked again after completing. It was 117. Thanks a ton. ❤️❤️❤️
