I gotta say after all those years when I saw it in Cartoon Network This is how it really ends and I gotta say that is one good way to end a story of the best looking Gundam ever in the kid show

This show has been a part of my childhood for as long as I can remember, and it's been my bench watching it again on youtube. And as I said before, even though I love my d v d copies, I thank you for preserving this series here for everyone to enjoy. It also inspired me to try and buy up some of the old figures. I still even have a few of those, although a little misused from my youth. I kinda hate my younger self for tearing up things that I really love now and wish I was nicer with.

I love that the final farewell shot is so simultaneously heartwarming and hilarious. Tallgeese saying "I will Return" then immediately returning with the Griffon armor Madnug flying by with both past versions of himself and himself in the Gerbera armor. Commander Sazabi standing in the corner, seemingly NOT trying to look like a towering behemoth. General Zeong looming in the background purely because there is no other space he can occupy and somehow managing to not look like destruction incarnate. Perfect encapsulation of the tone of the show.

This truly was a beautiful show. It had a world filled to the brim with wonders. I wish there were more like it, this show is pure treasure.

Simply love how the OG Dark Axis trio just says NOPE and defeats the General. I deem Zapper the new leader. :P Though Grappler would probably be a little more tactical and calm headed, ahaha. EDIT: Oh yeah, Genkimaru and the Hoarde pretty much have them under their lead now. :P Also, can we just admire the final screen with like...ALL the characters from the show? Including fallen ones like Commander Sazabi, Tallgeese, and others?

I always wondered how this show ended and I’m pleased with the finale. It’s nice to know they went on to have further adventures and save other worlds.
