All the differences that I've found: 0:06 v1 has different shade from others 0:15 v1 also has different shade, also no crows and different clouds in the background 0:17 v1 has Jiraya, Sakura, Tsunade and Kakashi; v2 also has Temari, Gaara and Kankuro; v3 and v4 also has Tenten, Guy, Chiyo, Neji and Lee but lacks Gaara 0:25 v1 has a litttle bit different background and its shade and smaller hieroglyphs when they are in the black background 0:43 v1 has different timing and size for credits (which is true for the all opening) 0:49 v1 has different color in the background 0:58 v1 has different color and no fights in the background 1:16 v1 doesn't have Gedo Statue in the background, in v4 Sasori is shown in his real body instead of Hiruko 1:29 we have only Naruto, Sakura and Kakashi in v1 and v2 and team Guy, Chiyo, Kankuro and Temari in v3 and v4.
