This is exactly what I needed, a quick way to go back into work. Sometimes even a 5+ min meditation can feel a bit worrisome when we are running against the clock...

@tulip29192

As someone who's a beginner to meditation, it's perfect.

@moo_moon128

I love love love headspace!

@19pend

Wow, as someone new to meditation, this was surprising helpful! I always struggled with keeping random thoughts and worries out of my mind while meditating, but focusing on the surrounding and an object really helped.

@BRAINWHISPERER

I hope who ever sees this video sees it value! You can use breathing in a proven 3 step thought process that rewires the subconscious to eliminate emotional triggers. So before doing the breathing in this video focus BRIEFLY on what is your biggest stressor for the day or week. Ask self "why is it a concern?" and "how can it be worse." Then immediately do breathing technique in this video. After the video think of something that really makes you feel joyful. Repeat steps 1-3 two more times. You can test results; by thinking of stressor and you will notice immediately a permanent intensity change in how your brain is viewing your stressor. Best Wishes!!!
