WIthout leaking it's obviously made for fractidus unit later likely Phrolova or Scar. There might be more of them in 2.0 we don't know because it supposed to be a large organizations waiting for Rover to join them. Likewise finding those materials is very hard considering Fractidus doesn't have a base or large spawn points in the world map yet.

Fractsidus lore let's GO. They're so interesting, and Scar's section of the main story was definitely the most interesting to me personally. Hoping we'll deal with them more in the upcoming patches after we leave Rinascita behind. I've been binging your lore videos, you're doing great work!
