4:56 I think it's also good to point out that the Destruction has taken root in Tingyun's psyche (soul? i forgot but it took root in her). The Destruction is somewhat a part of her now. It's not impossible that Ruan Mei also knew this and decided to include this in her research

I still feel as apathetic towards Tingyun now as I was during her "death", she continues to be a character I don't really know and will stay that way until we actually progress with this marshall/godslayer plotline. She should have gotten her own character quest

great vid! btw i don't think that all memebers of Genius society are Emanators simply because Chadwick seemingly wasn't so we have at least 1 confirmed non-Emanator member of the Genius society but eh who knows

If I remeber correctlly only Herta and Dr. Primitiv are confirmed to be Emenators of Erudition. Mybe Polka is also one (at Least from the ones that still live and we know) but Scrullum and Steve only seems to be Members of the GS. If those two (Scrullum and Steve) would be Emenators i think Hoyo would allready told us so.

One thing I'm curious about is Welt has never met Luocha directly right? I know he had a flashback about Void Archives way back when he was investigating him in Luocha's silly story quest. I'm still quite iffy whether Luocha is actually Void Archives, but now I'm 75% sure that he is actually just Void Archives. That and they pretty much confirmed him with name drops in the 2.7 main event quest. However his goals still remains murky, like why rescue Tingyun? and how was he coincidentally there in the right time in the right place to save her? How does he have Abundance powers? With whom does he align with? And how the hell did he negotiated with Ruan Mei to convince her to let him take a bloody Aeon fragment to the Xianzhou of all places?? Are they trying to revive Tazzyronth via the Abundance plague marks?

This story has been introduced since 1.0 and we have gotten such little progress for such a long time. I feel like the story of Otto, sorry Luocha, Jingliu and Ruan Mei will be a very slow burn.

10:26 LMAO I've been stressing and replying in the comments for a long time now on some YT "lore content" creators who throw the title of Emanator so casually. They believe Jingyuan is an Emanator even Feixiao and all the followers of Fuli when it's not explicitly confirmed. This run counters to what Acheron said: "Individuals who can tamper with the power of paths are few and far between" which I believe references Emanators. Also, now that The Herta's kit is out -an Emanator of Erudition, similar to Acheron's, she needs one or two other Erudition units to get the max out of her kit.

I think all the big players have an agent of the finality with them. You got Elio, the head of the IPC... i think it makes sense that Luocha and Jinglui also has someone who listens to the finalities whispers and that's how he knew to save tingyun.

I’m really really interested, why Tingyun, how much did Luocha really know, did Ruan Mei plant the seeds of doubt in her mind about the aeons so that she would be on board in godslaying , so interesting. Too bad we won’t get a continuation till next year it seems 😭

I never consider Ruan Mei to be evil. It’s common for scientists in fictional stories to lack morality or, more precisely, to have extremely high rationality and/or strong emotional control. (I usually don’t analyze characters because they tend to bore me quickly. I can't even play if I don't shut my brain off)

Ngl as Honkai fan character of Luocha always weirded me out Hes very hinted to be Otto Hes name being litteraly the same as in Hi3rd when he met Sushang His positive and natural relationship with Sushang And his hatred to Abundance when he himself wields power of it (Which really remind me of Regression and him just being too late to save Kallen and then trying to bring her back) So still the entire godslayer plan is weird to me, why hes made to be otto when he acts like his clones? The other Hi3rd expy chatacters arent that odd. So Im curious about that entire plot, because it is just interestingely odd And I hope we get Senti as Amphorous character in place of Hua ❤

I can't recall where or when but I distinctly remember "Nous' gaze" to be the requisite for entry into the Genius Society, so I think you're cooking there. Getting back into the lore in preparation for 3.0 and starting to feel the excitement again. Keep the vids coming.
