Krill oil for Omega 3. Brazil Nuts for Selenium. Walnuts. Spinach or Kale or Broccoli with EVO Oil. Everything in the video as well. But, do give up Gluten and cut down/out dairy if you want to improve brain performance.

Omega 3s are fantastic (most particularly, O3s with DHA), theyโ€™re heart healthy, food for the brain, and are anti-inflammatory in nature.
