My cat who passed away earlier this year also loved pats but he would basically accept them anywhere. Laying on the couch? Pats time. Laying on my lap? Pats o'clock. On the bed? In the office? Just walking around? Cloudy with a chance of pats. He is also the only cat I've ever encountered who would allow you to squish his face. This was an adorable trait of his that mystified many a visitor.

I love my fur baby Chili, she’s also a tortie cat like Tostada, idk why but knowing you have the joy of a cat’s love and respect makes me so happy for you. Getting to see others experience that for the first time always feels amazing, it’s the most precious thing.

My girlfriend and I found a stray cat this weekend and we've been nervous about keeping her and introducing her to our cats. But hearing Toastada's story makes me want to add the stray to our little family too
