This does not happen to cards naturally pulled out of the pack, the charizard and ditto are completely different sets years apart. He just stuck on the peelable ditto sticker on rare cards. Don't fall for this.

It goes to prove even more that these cards are fake and sold as a scam. Also,don't ever peel and actual real card. Not only is it useless or ruin the card,it would serve no value onto the card. Keep in mind you buy pokemon card packs with money. The Ditto symbol thing,I can understand which is a thing,but like I said,do not ever peel off a card.
