Whats your opinion on promethazine and/or codeine cough syrup with sprite and a perc 30

@sargenttrrets

Matcha is highly slept on. Firstly it has so many vitamins and minerals as well as antioxidants which are significantly more bioavailable because your consuming the entire leaf as opposed to conventional tea brewing. Second, it has also been shown to be beneficial for gut health as it contains a good amount of fiber and is anti-inflammatory. Finally, many people report that the balance of caffeine to L - Theanine helps promote a more calm balanced focus as opposed to alternatives such as coffee. I have been drinking a cup of matcha every morning for the past year and I feel it has helped greatly with my physical and mental health.

The thing is, kefir from the supermarket unfortunately hardly has these positive properties, that the process of fermentation is stopped prematurely, otherwise the cup would burst 😅 . Therefore, only self-made kefir has the positive properties

@sO_RoNerY

I love black coffee.

@ishaanhall78

Cup of black tea in the morning and in the afternoon with whole milk

@bananajello

w human. thanks for your tips bro

@dfs6217

I make a healthy hot chocolate almost every day or every other day. I do organic cacao powder and grass fed whole milk and pink salt and organic dark maple syrup and whisk it up. I sometimes add a few scoops of collagen peptides as well if I want and it's healthy and delicious

@goradilla

i would say grass fed high quality kefir is far better than milk, because it has all the properties of milk but it has the edge in probiotics
