Alternate ending plot twist that would potentially light the world on fire cause people are pissed. No demon king Tanjiro, Nezuko arrives still in demon mode since the human transformation wasn't quick enough. Muzan either jumps in her body, Absorbs her, OR gives all his blood like he did Tanjiro. He dies cause in her last moment, Nezuko ignites her entire being fused with Muzan to turn into ashes. (Maybe a couple hashiras could survive depending on her arrival time but Nezukos blood demon art ultimately disintegrates every demon blood cell)

She is technically immortal in demon form, because even if she did intake human blood, she would still be immune to the sun. Keep in mind, it was her blood that allowed her to conquer the sun, not the Blue Spider Lilies. It was never stated that she had the Spider Lilies, but in the manga, Muzan states "Kamadou Tanjirou.. since your blood is the same as Nezukou's.. you will conquer the sun, and become the next, strongest demon king!!" The curse is already placed on the demon the moment they turn. That's why is it said she 'broke free from it'. She didn't avoid it, she just broke free from it. I believe that the only ways Nezukou could die would be killing her as a human, wisteria, or if another demon absorbs her.
