William have definitely a better knowledge he can construct robot and he literally achieve imortality, in manipulation it's probably Ayanokoji but it's debatable and in a fight Ayanokiji get destroyed.

William is much more than he appears to you, especially when you know nothing about the franchise. Here we are, collecting every minute information from all the 50+ books, 10+ games and trying to solve the fnaf lore (from almost 10 years). Let's talk about William in little bit detail. In his current form, glitchtrap, William can literally conquer anyone's consciousness to such an extent that under his control. He can easily manipulate the victim's actions to his will. And there's no way you will ever be able to escape him. He can easily enter and manipulate a person's brain even through the slighest connection, can easily spread and is unstoppable and inescapable (The only other option is that you kill yourself as soon as possible before he entirely gains control over your mind just like jeremy did in the fnaf novels). He was already seen spreading over and manipulating on a large scale 'easily'.
William also created very small and dangerous devices called illusion discs. These are so minute that avoiding them is literally impossible. Through this he not only can manipulate thoughts but the literal reality for a person according to his will through mere sound notes. William has created many of these and can use them to anyone whom he wants to be manipulated by him (Read the fnaf novels to know more about them).
William manipulation techniques are just too overpowered.
Another very obvious information from fnaf wiki:

In the novel silver eyes, there are many of his feats which show his deadly manipulation skills. William has been shown to manipulate an entire city, again indicating the same. He also read Henry's mind (somehow with body language and etc). We clearly get an idea of ​​his manipulation skills through this novel also.
Afton also fooled the entire police or investigation department (who were investigating the case of the missing children) numerous times even after being the prime suspect of all the murders. He continued to capture and kill children through his advanced animatronics in the Sister Location without being suspected by anyone and continously fooled everyone. When henry tried to reopen freddy fazbear, even after tight security and numerous efforts, William managed to fool and manipulate everyone to give him entrance as a night guard (Freddy Fazbear at that time should be atleast COUNTRY LEVEL popular as we know that they literally had a tv show 'Fazbear Frights' on their name by that time. There were also toys and plushies sold by their company on a large scale). Still don't believe me? I don't care if you do. Your opinion doesn't change anything.
William was far ahead of his time. He was such a guy who had backup plans for backup plans (He planned to transfer his consciousness to an electric circuit so that his wife is able to find him and help him spread (most likely he already had told or atleast gave an idea to his wife about this whole electric circuit thing) so he could be immortal, invincible and soon be able to rule the whole world with his army or should I say manipulated army Mrs Afton, after being handed over the rights of the company, came to the old and burned pizzeria to find anything which her husband had left for her, as she knew that her husband always had some backup plans.And then everything gone right according to his plan, she found the circuit and helped Afton to be
invincible. William's planning was also successful in the sister location where he was easily able to capture children through his advanced animatronics which were planned for the purpose of kidnapping. He also had a backup plan with Michael if he was unfortunately absent for a longer period). He was such a genius that he was literally able to make human replicants which would behave exactly like the selected human (they would bleed, have body organs, emotions just like a human and all the memory of the selected person) and figured out the use of complex substances like remnant and faz goo. He found the way to seal souls in the animatronics and much more. He literally toyed with life and reality. He hacked and manipulated the digital world and became immortal. This is a big feat since he also escaped the HELL of the supernatural entities with thisplan. Last but not the least he carefully planned all of his killings in such a way that all of them were successful. We know that he didn't kill the children right away in the pizzeria but rather lured them in. He used to plan and calculate everything/observe the victims thoroughly before doing the murders. And of course all of his plans were successful. He always managed to be successful in his doings without being suspected by anyone, even the children's parents (He lured Cassidy in the pizzeria. While doing so, he seemed to have some information about his daily life). Keep in mind that we are talking about earlier in the timeline when he started his killings. Is that enough??????
