Who all have come after watching Dhruv Rathi's video

@vinayakgupta7289

Indian media should take notes from this. This is how a professional interview is done—calm, direct, and respectful. Shouting on national television doesn’t bring out the truth, it just creates noise. Kudos to Raj for letting the guest speak and the audience decide.

Going where no-one else has gone or has dared to go… super Raj Shamani 👌

@nilofarshaikh8772

I had the privilege of being part of his crew for a significant period, and I can confidently say that my experience was nothing but professional and respectful. He personally interviewed each member of the staff at his residence in Mumbai, taking a keen interest in selecting the right people for the job.

Over time, many friends and relatives would ask whether he was difficult to work with or behaved inappropriately—but that was never the case. He was extremely professional throughout, and many candidates were treated with great care and respect by both him and his household staff.

The training we received was thorough and top-notch. We were provided with beautifully designed uniforms, new cars for pick-up and drop-off, and served three meals a day during the training period. Everything he mentioned during the interview turned out to be true.

Although I left the airline well before it shut down, working there opened a door for me to transition into the world of private aviation. For that, I will always be grateful.
