@Nativeflutesounds

The storytelling in this song is pure magic. It's not just music; it's a journey through time. Who else feels the nostalgia every time they hear this masterpiece?

@iambrax9468

My dad would always play Alan Jackson's greatest hits on the way up to Quebec. Good times.

@st.painsr.3559

I've listened to rap my entire life, until I heard this song.... Now I listen/love country music.....

What a strange transition.

@ALSNewsNow

Brent Mason's guitar work is flawless on this song. Genuine legendary.

@destro____

Essa mรบsica foi um hit descomunal no Brasil, tema de novela e certeza em toda balada sertaneja. ร‰ a cara do sertanejo, por isso tamanho sucesso. Vida longa Alan Jackson ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ‡ง๐Ÿ‡ท๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ‡ง๐Ÿ‡ท

@kevinfrelin1858

May 2021 and still listening. Alan Jackson, his music doesn't get old no matter what year Alan is just one of the Greatest country singers of all time.

@georgegonzalez3365

We need more music like this, it has such a positive, fun element to it, it really makes your day.

@catfishman1768

My family got flooded out in 1983.
This song always seemed a little more personal to me.
BTW - the water got 4.5 feet in our home. But by the grace of God no one drowned get out.

@CJamesOfficial

Being a Texas boy I grew up to this manโ€™s music and this song specifically, my mom was a HUGE fan of his and George Strait, but coming to the comments it legit blows my mind that my fellow Brazilian brothers and sisters also enjoy this song as much as I do. Amazing how far music travels! God bless! ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ

@Adamchevy

I remember when this song came out on the radio 95.5 was the station. I was working with my Dad at the time in Las Vegas. I remember really liking this song and I still do! This is American music at its best!

@johntaylor1070

I've always been a punk rock and heavy metal dude but I just don't think you can deny that Chattahoochee is a banger.

@situational.analysis

The Chattahoochee was always one of my favorite playgrounds but no way would we get in south of Atlanta. I stayed up north with the trout and cold water.

@3rdGenCamaroGirl

Alan Jackson seems like that cool uncle that would let you take a sip of his beer

@Ezude

I grew up a mile from Thigpen road. Up until a few years ago, Alan would fly in once a month to see his mom.
Super nice guy!

@johngil4451

This is the quintessential 90โ€™s country song!
This song will never get old!

@JordanTaylor247

I actually grew up on the Florida side of the Chatahoochee and I can 100% vouch for all the shenanigans this river has seen... LOL! Fun times.

@lemon-le5lb

This song came out almost 30 year ago now, and it still hits a special place for any one who ever grew up in a small town i feel.

@roninmarketingproductions

I was in a hard rock band and we ended every single night covering this song. People went nuts. Such an awesome tune by such an awesome guy.

@THEHamBot1

Not sure why there are so many Brazilians in this comment section but I am glad you like our music,

a proud Georgian

@steffersonairplane

The absolute chokehold Alan Jackson had over us in the early 90s is as unrivalled as his looks in this video. The neon PFD, the rolled sleeve Cowboys jersey, not to mention the light wash shredded denim. Love you forever, Mr. Jackson! Thank you for the memories ๐Ÿ’Œ
