The name sounded familiar and I looked it up. A while back I looked at this unit and saw that it had around a 45% rating which is really not in my acceptable range. I looked at a few others and decided to stick with my good old Dallas Semiconductor 1 wire Weather station along with my DIY weather station. I am looking at moving if from my roof's Electrical Cable service conduit to an abandoned Telephone pole that is next to my lot which will put the system in the wide open. The pole has been abandoned for at least 15 years and neither the Local telephone company or cable company want to claim it. I am currently in the process of hooking the Dallas weather station to an ESP32 with a small battery and small solar panel.Then tie it in to Home Assistant. Nice Short, good luck with the new toy

Love the clock... weather station is installed to close to the brick wall which will most likely cause everything to measure incorrectly

In the words of Lewis ... Nice! Tempest also makes a similar weather stations with lots of weather measurements and no moving parts. Also has a HA Integration (HACS). Perhaps you can mount it on a Schedule 80 PVC or galvanized steel pipe in your yard away from the building.

Got the GW1100 since a couple of months and it's great, especially with it's HASS integration. Only thing is you have to get the gateway version without the screen, did that wrong the first time.
