I pulled off all might beta into afo gamma into another all might beta in training. It isn't consistent but it works when they get hit high enough

If you have assault shigaraki special tunning. Try aizawa alfa, one melee for the tunning and then grab them with Ibarra gamma, that combo ignores the shields and either insta kills anybody even if they have shield or leaves then with barely any health for when the shield is destroyed
