Sci tv passive is same as normal sci tv btw they made a upd in pass and change melee to leave flams and took away burn screen

Digi both tv strider and core is mastery 25 note also digi you can’t use any good character perks without mastery levels like scientist tv dark speaker Athena utc tcm cameraman and more. it would be better if you did mastery grind on your characters cuz you get good perks :) plz let me know if you find this helpful. to- digitizedpixels

to buy upgrades you need to HOLD click on the upgrade probably a way of false buying

digi you didnt have mastery 25 for tv sci thats why it wasnt working
