I live in one of the biggest cities of Afghanistan Mazar-i-Sharif which doesn't have even one Table Tennis club to enroll. Fortunately, we have just one table and a few bats and balls in our company and practice with our colleagues. Funny how all Chinese videos start with the body transfer. Actually they show how you can already pass the ball without moving the arm. The torsion of the body and the transfer of weight already move the body in the correct swing
