@princeMSJ

My friend did not have the courage to use Job Quitting Agents, so he pretended to be a Job Quitting Agent and told his employer that he wanted to quit.

@MarshallTownRat

If many of your employees are using this service, you are the problem.

@chungga94

"Aren't you ashamed you work that job?"

Aren't YOU ashamed your ex-employees have to resort using those services?

@yuuhan_requiem

“Aren’t you ashamed to have this job?”

Job Quitter Service: “Aren’t you ashamed I was called in regards to yours?”

@mainthingarifss8003

The urge of going to japan and get a job just to quit it and yell back at the boss....

@yamchayaku

The beauty of being an American working in Japan: You don't easily get shamed and get vicious if your employer tries to withold money.

@simbriant

"...they are actively changing the work culture in Japan."
Good. No one should be a slave to a company or job.

@rpie1382

That sounds kind of fun. Help people make their lives better by getting them out of toxic work situations plus you get to hear a boss breakdown mentally? Win win.

@85set05

I like how he tried the guilt trip bull on the person working for a service that exists to help people avoid it.

@Djgom3312djshw

Meanwhile, in america, employees go on lunch break and never come back😂

@davidvasquez08

In many ways Japan is advanced and also in many ways Japan is still in the past

@TheJjcczz

If they hit you with the “aren’t you ashamed!” you gotta clap back with the “I’m ashamed I ever worked for you in the first place”

@xana6696

What if "Job Quitting Agent want to quit they job?"

@tompegorinno5141

If I understood it correctly, then it is horrible to know it's fucked up when they even had to make a department to help you quit.

@matejmotuz108

In my previous job , a guy on his first day was shown what to do , he laughed , went to change to his clothes , gave back work clothes , and left

@donzapatero4808

Japanese company: you can't leave. I own you.
Gen z japanese hiring the job quiting services: okay boomer we'll see you in court

@AlwaysEquals50

Imagine some speck in the corporate ladder calling you a traitor, bruh IDGAF.

@lifereceiver3661

my mom said whats the problem? just disappear after collecting the paycheck. no notice bc they wont pay after knowing the resignation, some employers are so despivable as didnt give good references after you done good work for them. she said just disappear after collecting paycheck. another female colleague did exactly the same thing

@----x-----

"So many use your services arent you ashamed of such job?"
I'd be so proud of a job like that, god bless them. No one deserves to be trapped in a bad job, its almost slavery
