The pelvic floor is definitely the one I learned postpartum that I didn't realize how important it was. People definitely joke about all those things that "just happen" after you have a baby instead of learning how to strengthen the pelvic floor so they don't happen. Thanks!

Love them all, but definitely trying to appreciate my body and not get stuck in the “bounce back” mindset. Love the message about nourishing your body - I’d love some more info on what foods you suggest!
