Great for me to use when I hide in my room and workout because I don't want my fam to know because if they did they would think I'm doing it for a boy or I'm insecure abt my body when the real reason I work out secretly is because I wanna be flexible,strong, and healthy. Tysm!

I did this at 11:10, and now it’s almost 11:50 and my legs are quivering so badly. It’s fine though, I feel a lot better about my legs now. My legs are one of my most worse insecurities so this helped a lot with boosting my confidence

My coach in gymnastics said I need to do sit-ups to get my next bar trick because I need to improve the muscles in my stomach so I’m seeing if I can improve before I do my badges which is next Friday. (I’m only 11 years old. Day 1: 15 sit ups 😭 Day 2: 35 sit ups (been practicing all day) Day 3: 50 sit ups (no practice that day) Day 4: 60 sit ups
