Been doing this and the arm workout for 7 days with one day rest. From 67 now 60.5kgrams. No rice. No pasta. No sweets. No colored drinks and plenty of water!. Thank you Roberta's Gym.
The hardest part about the weight loss journey is having the discipline to keep going even if you don’t feel like it. I’m going to try my best to keep losing weight no matter what. Thank you for this video it’s a good way to get it started.
Could not even do half of this workout a month ago due to issues with POTS and my heart. Now I can do the whole thing without stopping. If you suffer from POTS do not give up!!! Do as much as you can and don't get discouraged. The more consistent you are the more better you will feel. I Know it's hard and it felt impossible to do exercise again, but you can do it

I've struggled with being the "FAT" girl my whole life so this year I'm changing that. I wasn't able to complete the full workout the first two days but I've found if I play some good motivational music in the background it really helps and I was able to complete the entire workout today and I'm super happy with myself I would 100% recommend this for people with motivational issues like myself.

I’m 15 and I’ve struggled with losing weight for years. I’m 157 pounds at 5”3 1/2 and I’m really hoping to lose weight and be more healthy and confident in myself. This workout has worked so much, it was a little hard to do at first but afterwards I recovered fast and felt super energized and proud
