After reading Noel Monk’s book, I can’t help but look at these guys in a different light. Michael Anthony deserved so much better treatment and credit, but he is a true professional and was there for the fans. No matter what side you’re on, Mike deserves a medal for what he put up with.
You may have left us Eddie, but your music will inspire others for generations to come
Eddie's guitar work here is simply awesome!
This is one of the songs that can show the full talent of the band. Alex's machine-gun tight playing, Sammy's gorgeous vocals, Mike's thunderous bass playing with his background incomparable vocals and Eddie's extraordinary out-of-this-world magic with the six strings. I really love this masterpiece.
Absolutely loved this soundtrack. Alexs snare sound is so killer. He has such a unique and recognizable drum eq sound. This entire song is just pounding!
This is amazing! This song ROCKS and so does Van Halen. RIP Eddie!
The 'shine on' chorus, combined with the guitar work, is just music artistry at its finest.
One of my all time favorite VH songs. 4 guys at their peak just killing it.
One of my most favorite songs of Van Halen. The riffs are very simple but it gives so powerful feelings, combined with the straightforward vocals of Sammy.
I'm for the 90's so Twister was the first disaster movie I ever saw and Eddie took it to the next level. RIP Eddie, you're gone but never forgotten.🤟🤟🤟✌️
So thankful I seen this band 3 times, 86, 04, and 07.
Eddie is a guitar genius, this music will be played hundreds of years from now!🎸
This is one of the best songs from the Sammy era.
RIP Eddie Van Halen, Bill “the extreme” Paxton and Phillip Seymour Hoffman. With you three gone, it really is game over Dude.
I’m SO GLAD the Hagar era is finally getting some long overdue love. Some of their best work.
One of my favorites. Riff, drum, solo, Sammy's voice, everything in this song is on fire!
The absolute epitome of the creative genius that was Van Halen during the Hagar days. Each era had their strong points, and this was the pinnacle of Van Hagar, IMHO.
Loved this when it came out…
I love the off timing drums on this song, it's so awesome!
