Doing this exercise for 15 Days:
 Age:19
Weight:64kg
Height: 5'2"(158 cm)

Day 1:  really hard, took 10s break for each exercise,leg got paining but somehow managed to complete all the exercises ❤

Day2: my hip area was so painful caz of day 1 exercise but did all exercises nd gave 10s for each exercise break. Little harder but for sure u must do it❤

Day3: it was much easier to do and I can clearly see some inches reduced ❤️

Day 4: thighs paining but still did all the exercises ❤

Day5: Last exercise was bit hard but did it ❤️ really my body feels light and can see the hip area nd chest area got reduced a bit ❤️

Day 6: Did my workout and felt so sweaty 🥵 and I can clearly see the reduction of my side fat❤️

Day 7: Didn't do caz I got my periods ❤️

Day 8:Did my workout easily ❤️ And today I felt my side breast fat also got reduced many inches ❤️

Day 9: did my workout but some exercise were hard ❤️

Day 10: Done my workout twice caz I was hyperactive today 😂❤️

Day 11: Done my workout and I sweated a lot I can definitely see many inches reduced please do this exercise regularly ❤️

Day 12: Done my exercise and I can see my side breast fat reduced and some abs kinda line came not sure wt it is ❤️

Day 13: Done my exercise and consistency is the matter ❤️

Day 14: Done my exercise and felt easy ❤️

Day 15: Finally the big day🎉 I had completed my exercise andy waist size reduced a lot and side breast fat also reduced and can see front belly is little bit stiff and nowy weight 61 kg .. not only this exercise help me reduce the fat but also the diet and drinks I had to reduce my weight ❤️

Day 2: i feel good and tired
Day 3: Wow I lost some belly fat!
Day 4: i don’t feel tired more like good
Day 5: My body got slimmer!
Day 6: ITS TURNING OUT GOOD!
Day 7: MY BELLY GOT SKINNER AND SLIM
Day 8: i can really notice my collarbone!
Day 9: my belly got skinny but still going!
Day 10: starting to see some abs

day 45(7/25):✅️ ate 1,119 calories  and went on a run for 1 hour and 30 minutes (9,405 steps) because of texas weather, i havent been able to go on walks as much. but today i went on one and i decided im going to put it on here too.

day 47(7/27):✅️ ate 1,027 calories and i didnt go out on a walk because i had to go to a family party.

day 50(7/30):✅️ ate 1100 caloroes, i finally ordered a scale and it was supposed to come in today but it didnt so hopefully it arrived tomorrow!!

day 92(9/11): ✅️ the last day i will be recording. from the start i was 147 and now im 143. thank you all from staying with me and helping me on this jorney :) i want to say that you wont lose weight just by doing this workout, make sure to eat properly, drink lots of water, and add more workouts because this wont be enough. it made a change in my waist but it wont help you lose a lot of weight. during this challenge, i felt like i wasnt doing enough and thatd why i didnt meet my goal. and yes, i would binge eat on some days and i would lose so much motivation but i kept going. im suprised i was able to do this for so long. even though i didnt lose a lot of weight, im happy that i stayed consistent. 

results : 143 lbs
anyways ill update you guys in a month, october 11, im going to keep on with my weight loss journey because i really want to lose 30 pounds before my birthdayin december. thank you, see you in a month.

october 11: hello!! im back :3 within the month, i gained weight and was at 148lbs. but i also lost 8 lbs and im 140 lbs now. i also fasted for 3 days which helped with my binge addiction. ill come back next month !!
results: 140 lbs

november 11: hi !! okay so i gained weight but me and my frien decided to lose weoght together. i also have been feeling really down lately which led me to binge eating multiple times throughout the month. luckily, i would always try to get back in the mindset of loosing weight. enough of talking haha. i gained weight, from 140 to 145. im trying to lose it off.  so instead of coming back monthly, ill come back weekly. i think ill also make a new comment because this one is getting too long lol.

january 6: happy new years ! i didnt meet my goal last year but i will this year ! well- i kinda have to since im graduating this year and i have my quince (15 bday) this year so i have to fit in that dress ! lol. anyways, i have a better plan this year and ive learned a lot.. hopefully i can reach my goal before i graduate !

I did this for 14 days with a food diet AND IT WORKED!!!! (I totally recommend this exercise!!) I got abs a slim waist, and my legs were skinnier lol my 🍑 grew and my arms were stronger DO ITTTT!!!!! My collarbone and neck could never be so visible lol
