That "fried pork fat" is addictive as hell. I think Vietnamese call it "top mo" and holy shit, it's delicious. My doctor tried to convince me to stop eating it so I took him to a Vietnamese restaurant to eat it and he got addicted to it and ate so much of it he died, but happy. He wrote a note thanking me and asked his wife and children to give it to me after they buried him.

Tbh, as a Vietnamese been eating every meal with vegetable. I am judging and drooling at the same time 😂 I love fried food but without green vegetable is not a choice for me. I can feel my blood pressure raise just by watching this 😂
