The way he yelled out the name of a fallen friend. Mad respect.
The people who drag him away as he screams "apologize" made this clip so much more powerful. The veteran's resolution to deliver his message is heartbreaking.
He’s not even asking for compensation, he’s demanding accountability and an apology. Bless him and all those who lost their lives.
He was betrayed, but all he wanted was an apology. And he still received nothing.
Dude has more integrity then everyone in that room
They pushed him out, that's the way veterans are treated. Thank you for your service sir.
He didn't even ask for justice, just an apology
I’ve never seen pain so raw in a person
What's worse is the people around him telling him to be quiet when they have never been to war or ever even seen death. They have no clue how right this Soldier is.
That’s a man who’s lived it and could not be silent about it any longer. Respect.
He raises his voice for all those who can not speak. We all need to as well.
Imagine as a veteran getting booed by people that you "defend" just because you want an apology because someone lied, and send his fellow soldier and million other to their death.
He didn’t need money, medal, fame, or recognition. He just need an apology.
Man has balls I'll give him that. Sad the audience didn't have his back. As Americans it's a fair question to ask, and as a veteran, he deserves an answer. We all do.
"Those who wanted War Never fought it, Those who Fought war Never wanted it"
His words hit so hard because his voice is not just his voice, its all the unheard voices of every family member who lost their loved ones just for the sick benefits of these culprits. May God always protect those who rise up against these evil politicians
That shit is actually so powerful when you understand the complexity of not only his real pain but the fact that he had the balls to stand up to the man responsible for his suffering and pain.
The level of respect this man displayed even in his anguish is admirable. He even started by saying Mr...the apology isn't even for him. It's for those who lost their lives.
They were all booeing him until he said "you sent me to Iraq in 2003, my friends are dead." Broke my heart.
