The one thing Mio is forced to do is play the same minigame over and over in SMOK by insane doggo
Lots of information from Mio, Hololive members have so much freedom on how they build their brand. It depends on how high the talents' goals are and how much projects they accept, Suisei, Pekora, Calli, Koyori etc. are the busiest since they have their own goals to pursue, specially for Suisei. Some people keep insisting that they were being forced to do "idol duties" every time there's a graduation, which is false as multiple members already stated that it's the talets choice on how much projects and workload they accept. Thanks again for translating meaningful and interesting tangents of different members.
Thanks for clipping this! It's really something that more people need to know about considering a lot of crazy things that have been said over the last several months.
Mio being able to just speak her mind is why we love her. Also, people need to understand that HoloJP and Dev_is are managed differently, kind of like Inonaka in some ways. So Mio's experience is going to be more similar to other holomem in jp, but less so for Dev_is
10:37 so this wolf is able to attack Yagoo's life points directly, got it 🐺
It's a relief to hear that a talent has a light schedule, something I've never heard in my 5 years of Holofan. However, this might not be the case for everyone. Things have changed since Mio joined. Last time I checked, auditions require a minimum of 3 streams a week, for example. Of course, considering the work culture in Japan, doing the bare minimum suggests that you are lazy and disrespectful toward your coworkers who are "doing their best." Maybe the girls have this mindset and overload themselves. Or they may think accepting all the sponsoring or collaborations is mandatory. Or the rules may not be the same for all. We also have workaholics doing their thing. I think about all these because I've heard a few holomembers speaking their thoughts about the company (ranting, basically), and that's something I can't overlook. I'm happy for Mio, and I'm sure she's not the only one, but I've heard enough about strained vocal cords and stress-induced hiatus to be optimistic about her words. I hate to be "that guy", but stepping on firm ground helps to resist the next tremble.
This clip makes clear one thing that a lot of fans fail to realize. The talents that complain about having too much work are overworking not because the company is making them overwork but because the talents themselves are chosing to do it so they can reach their own goals. If there is one thing we could speculate that might be the company fault in making talents overwork it could be the talents not making enough money for their projects so they have to accept working on multiple projects to make money for their own personal projects, but even then it still depends on how the talent manages the size and budge of their own projects.
While its true that Cover let you pick your own work, at your own pace and seems like a good environment to work in, but there are still some aspects that are outside of the talents' control, mainly their name and character image still belongs to the company so for instance if one wants to do/take part in something, the company will still have to approve it first, thus many graduations we see so far are due to difference of ideals. Ultimately I hope everyone can stay healthy and do the things they want to do under a happy atmosphere.
I feel like Miosha is treading a fine line with those comments on Regloss "quota"
