THESE ARE INSANELY HARD UR JUST INSANELY STRONG N FLEXIBLE
Beginner/intermediate calisthenics athlete here (60% bw chin ups, l-sit, 10 second handstand, 70%bw dips) and Im always inspired by the journey of people like you. I did my first 10 second handstand yesterday with as good a form as I could manage as to me its vital and Im very conscious about it. I dont want to be that guy but I will for you man. I notice you often have a banana back for handstand related movements and I also notice you didnt keep your arms locked out during planche. Sorry man but if you dont use proper form it looks like youre rushing through the movements. One arm handstand is very impressive even with a banana back but if handstand pushups are a 3/10 or whatever then theres no reason you cant keep your whole body tight, use protraction, and tilt your hips forward and make it a 5/10 exercise To another calisthenics athlete Im just telling you my perspective and likely the prospective of other athletes as well. You dont want to look rushed or sloppy at the basics when youre moving mountains woth one arm handstands
Goals bro thanks for the inspiration its difficult to remain consistent but I ain't giving upππ½ππ½π₯π₯π₯ππππ
