I LOVE Vegtables!

@vegan4life532

Our bodies are all different. I’ve tried many, many times to use quality algae as part of my diet and can eat a little every other day but not daily. 🤷‍♂️

@KP-mr5nb

In one word.....what's just as good as spirulina? Irish sea moss. Complete nutrition!

@KnowOneUnknown

What's the difference from this product and the algae that's growing in my pool? Can I eat my pool's algae?

@TeresaCervantes-d3m

How to get this product here in california

@xoxilojsja5532

I’ve started taking both algae just yesterday. I did watch a video on why you shouldn’t take spirulina and it mentioned apseudo B vitamin that doesn’t allow absorption of real b12. Can you address these claims. Thank you

How to get your products here in Africa 🌍 Uganda 🇺🇬

@daniellegardner9535

Why am.i hearing people are gaining weight on spirulina?

@robertbrown2395

$130 per bag? I don’t think so. Hawaiian spirulina has been on my menu for years and $40 for 400 pills is just fine for me. That third-party that you use is where that ridiculous cost comes from. 😤

@robertastevani144

😢I think she should explain very well who can take it and who can't (thyroid disease, those taking certain life-saving drugs, etc.) and not always talk only about the fact that those who take it can stop eating, stop including vegetables in their diet and that those who take it can take as much as they want... it doesn't seem like very professional and serious information for her who talks about the seriousness of her company. Spirulina is certainly an excellent "food" for our health but it all also depends on how it is taken and who takes it. The information she tells us is a little too "light".

@robertastevani144

She always has gree/blu teeth ..and I red thay sporulina stains your teeth...abd honestly upu can tell just looking at her teeth .😱

@robertastevani144

Why she doesn't speak about the real risk of taking spirulina?

Warnings and possible contraindications
In reality, the form of vitamin B12 present in spirulina does not seem to be easily absorbed by the human body. Furthermore, despite being rich in proteins, spirulina supplements taken in the recommended doses and considered safe are unable to meet the body's needs; from this point of view, legumes, dried fruit and cereals seem to be better and less expensive sources of vegetable proteins. It is important to ensure that spirulina is not contaminated by microcystins or anatoxins, toxic substances that can trigger adverse effects such as stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, liver damage, weakness, thirst, rapid heartbeat, shock and, in the most serious cases, death. It is also good to remember that spirulina can absorb heavy metals. For this reason, it is best to buy only safe products.
Taking spirulina may be contraindicated in cases of gout, autoimmune diseases, kidney stones, pregnancy or breastfeeding and should be avoided in cases of phenylketonuria.
