Even when I am at my 50/50, 70 pity... I SHALL HAVE HER!!! I honestly wasn't expecting much of Cipher until the story dropped and... my god I COULDN'T LEAVE THE BANNER EMPTY!!! Im not sure if I'll be able to get her lc considering I am alright with giving her the free nihil lc (or bp lc in the future) Despite the doomposts, it never deterred me to go and grab Cipher. I've long known the pain of seeing the changes come and go through the past versions (Aglaea ptsd flashbacks...), but nevertheless, she is going straight into my account! I rly love Nihility units, tho my poor jades can only do so much qwq And remember everybody, we're all gonna become Cipher havers! Just like how the Chrysos Heir that holds Zagreus' coreflame said it... "With enough believers, lies become reality!" May Zagreus bless us with infinite luck and fortune!!! [PS: she's also p fun to play at least for me, so im sorry fat phuc ur gonna have to wait until the rerun rolls in]

Fun fact about Cipher, her base vulnerability applies to DoTs. The DoTs also get recorded by her passive. Now is it as good as Acheron or Feixiao? No, but also, in case we do get DoT support in 3.X, that could be a nice synergy right there

pulling cipher and skipping 3.4, I don't really care about the fate characters (no astolfo 😔) and phainon unless they're really good, and I'd rather save for cyrene

I think at the end of the day Cipher is a luxury pick. She's very flexible as she can be slotted into many teams but she isn't a must whatsoever. But what I do like about her is that she can add her own personal damage via her recording and she doesn't need to consume that much sp. If we take Acheron for example one of the main issues her team has is that only Acheron is able to output damage (which makes sense since she's an hypercarry), but with Cipher on the team you have another source of great damage. Another thing to note is that Cipher can also work really well with Jiaoqui since his ult does boost the damage on her ult as well.

I can't really use her much right now but I'm still going to pull for a copy of her anyways but skip her lightcone. Then save what I can for Phainon since Fate Collab will be around for a few months

I'm pulling Cipher to extend the life of my FuA team. I don't plan on fully replacing FuA in my top 2 teams until DoT becomes meta.
