I am a physician, my advice to you : Just stay in ASEAN(excluding Indonesia & the Philippines) for another 12-18 months if you could afford it. The COVID-19 outbreak in USA is really bad, if US healthcare system is overwhelmed, death rate will skyrocket to 10%. DO NOT underestimate SARS-CoV2, with your advanced age coupled with an USA overwhelmed healthcare system = no treatment + 50-60% mortality. USA has never flattened the COVID-19 curve since the start. Malaysia will be COVID-19 free in the next 3-4 weeks, with current only 0-5 daily local transmission cases. Travel bubble is being formed between Malaysia and Brunei, Singapore, Thailand, South Korea and Japan. Possible addition of other ASEAN countries (excluding Indonesia and the Phillipines), Australia and New Zealand in the future.
You guys lives right next to me (in the same compound LOL), I am facing the Kids Play Land with the slides. If you guys are still here when can I see you guys 🤣🤣
TQ to all wonderful Malaysians!
Those vege are fresh because Cameron Highlands is where vege are planted and distributed to the cities like KL. So, yes... those are pretty much from one of the farms nearby where you guys are staying. If I remember, you can check at the immigration office if you guys are allowed to stay on until at least at the end of August. By the way... Malaysia does not have tipping culture. So, don't be surprised if most people don't accept it. Now that Malaysia has open it's domestic tourism, you can travel and see other places in Malaysia! We just did our mini holiday last weekend! 😊😊😊
People here are very friendly and very generous and very honest and very helpful towards you.
Wow.....all fresh vege n fruits in CH. Nice weather.... Thanks for visiting Malaysia...stay healthy!
In Malaysia, we don't have "tips" culture here and very rare if you see any restaurants, bakeries or any shops receives tips. Perhaps you could donate the tips into the donation box if you see one.
