As a setter, not at a high level of playing, a trick I often use is setting my teamate who's going to serve next when siding out the point, especially when he has a high risk serve like a hard jumper of powerful float, so tha he can gaing confidence and push hard from the end line. most of the time, I do with my outside on rotation one, because it's an unusual spot for him to hit from, and he needs confidence. Although I don't do always set my nex server, because it would be too easy to read, I try to do it as much as I can, especially on key times of the set (start and finish most of the time), so they can feel confident and more involved in the offense.

Went to my first volleyball clinic this past weekend at 33yo. Gotta say, between you, other youtubers, and that clinic, if someone like one of y'all had been running my middle school PE class, I might've actually been interested in the sport a lot earlier.

Still, lotta fun for casual stuff, so I cannot complain.

Great video PME. Fun fact Micha is not left handed he still serves with his right hand and sometime shortly after graduating from college and playing in Italy I believe he started teaching himself to swing left handed but he's not a natural lefty.
