Good tips. The thing about melatonin supplements is ... nightmares!! .... But I can eat bananas or turkey, or bananas and turkey, and nuts, and kiwi, and chamomile tea and none of them give me bad dreams, so it must be the combination of things with melatonin in natural form that works. The melatonin supplements, no matter the form (candy, pills), gave me very unusual nightmares, and waking up in the middle of the night ... well. No wonder they had the stuff on sale.
