finally found e0s0 cipher with bp lc. I can conclude that lc is better than resolution because it can give acheron stacks after cipher hits the same enemy multiple times

I have an idea for a test involving Jingliu after the recent changes. Could you please check how Jingliu would perform in a team with Castorice, Tribbie, and Hyacine? In a setup where everyone has E0S1, for a fully representative test of the entire composition. I'm wondering how Jingliu would function as a sub-DPS for Castorice, where in her current version Jingliu can maintain her berserker stance indefinitely thanks to the continuous HP reduction from Hyacine and Castorice. At the same time, every attack from Jingliu slightly drains the team's HP, which constantly triggers Hyacine's healing. In theory, Jingliu could serve as a sub-DPS and battery for Castorice — especially since she now scales with HP%.
