Guys, I have a theory deku does actually have a cork, but the doctor at the start looks like the evil doctor that works for all for one and the first holder of one for all at first it seems like he had no cork but then in order to create one for all his brother had to give him another cork to create one for all

This is why I love Deku he knew that he is the only one to stop Shigaraki with seeing his body wasn't fully complete cause he knew that everything would be destroyed if he put his hand on the ground and just kinda just thought as himself as a vessel for one for all man was going crazy man was willing to sacrifice his body for the safety of everyone using blackwhip to stop him from getting free and using 100 percent ever though he's told of what could happened by the doctor that he might not be able to use his arms anymore he really is the greatest hero:)
