thank you so much Leyla. since 2021 early begin i was absolutely obsessed addicted unhealthy with my phone and other devices as well.. and that turned out even worse due all the trauma and forever stress slowly taking over my whole entire life and overwhelming emotions or feelings. i couldn’t keep my healthy hygiene or good routine. but now im really changing since i found interest in many different hobbies. in general in life and people. i feel so much better psychically and mentally. <3
