I feel like pre-release Karlach is what she used to look like before she became a professional bodyguard, got swole and then had The Engine implanted. She's still beautiful, but it also shows both the toll and the dedication of her transformation...

Early-Access Minthara still works really well in a "Teenage Version" kind of way, the others have the fact these are all just estimates for the unique models they would have later on work much less for them.

Ngl i noticed drow in older art usually had very fluffy hair. So in my headcanon, their hair is more fluffy while surface elves had more straight hair
