I love pupusas without curtido or sauce. The sauce just came about maybe 20 years ago. I grew up eating them with curtido only, but as older, I prefer not to mask the flavor with add ons, they are so good by themselves. ❤. As a treat to my family, I am making pupusas for my birthday on friday the 4th of Oct. I am making "pupuseada" ❤❤
