Time is a valuable thing, watch it fly by as the pendulum swings, watch it count down to the end of the day the clock ticks life away
My personal connection & relatability with this album is 💯
It Might Be Time was my introduction to Tame by accident in February 2021 and got hooked instantly. His music has changed my life in so many ways, and has been a sound track of my life in the 2020s. I can’t wait for his next album like every other Tame Head and will be first line for his next tour to see him live! Thank you for this in depth review as it shows the emotional aspect and meaning of his music
With a title like that I predict a million views very soon...
Been looking forward to your take on this! (Seriously Kevin almost 5 years??)
This is one of the best album explanations I've ever seen
It was quite on the nose. 12 songs for 12 months, 1st is one more year, last is one more hour. we got one more year in the first, so at new year's eve on midnight, and in the last song, just a moment, right before all the song and dance (close to midnight on new year's eve)
I’ve never been happier to see a notification
The 5 year wait was so worth it
I just ordered this vinyl album on Amazon, and I'm sure I'll get a lot of use of it
I really really love this album and don't know why people don't praise it as much as others that seem more "superficial". I have had the CD on repeat in my car since it came out and never truly understood what attracted me so much about it. I had an idea of what it talked about but never really read the lyrics. Now after watching this I know why it has resonated with me for so long without even noticing. Thank you.
innerspeaker will forever be my favorite 🍄
interesting how I was just on a tame impala marathon and I come onto youtube and I see this Also, I just want to say, I truly love the way your videos are edited.
10/10 video
Looks like this was helpful for folks, but would've appreciated a focus on how these broader themes were delivered, punctuated, and deepened by the sounds employed. I could see this exact same video exist about a book of poetry, but since it's an album, the musicianship plays a significant role in the dissection of meaning across each song. Great video! Just feel like there's a lot left on the table.
congratulations on 300k
ur editing skills are phenomenal man
I really love this video, especially in the alter timeline part.
I didn't expect that The Slow Rush would be the musical equivalent of Ferris Bueller's Day Off
