@1wayroad935

I would pay for this in a heartbeat if this was just a one-time purchase for single player JRPG experience. Sadly, I'm not willing to sink down another of Mihoyo's gacha holes.

@GeminiSunrise06

Since i play it, i can't put it down.
Boss battles are awesome.
Almost at the end of the story until the update.

@mcbill7352

Despite being a mobile gacha this is one of the best turn based jrpgs of recent time

@Tyler.Burleson

Tries to watch a Honkai Star Rail review, gets 2 ads for Honkai Star Rail before the video starts

@miponii-chan

The best thing about turn-based jrpgs is that the game is as challenging as you make it. If you ignore the gacha, the difficulty just spikes, which makes the game way more fun as you need more strategy in team comp and equipment. The simulated universe with blessings and curios adds another layer of strategy to this. At some point it will start feeling unfair and repetitive but hey, that's just the nature of a gacha game where they want you in it for the long haul. So far I'm enjoying the end-game far more than genshin.

@JH-vb1wo

I'm happy to see a turn based game like this as it seems to be less common these days. Thr biggest problem is how terrible summon rates are. It took 10 to 12 multi summons to get my first 5 star character

@rickyay26

Not gonna divide my precious time on another gotcha

@sneakillysneak2388

I want to hear what are those many good rpgs available for Android. I'd check them.

@Lynrowen

As a long time turn-based fan. I'm now jumping into it. Just wanna see if the story is good

@ben_sisko2149

1:44 can't be worse than the Spanish translations (for this and Genshin). Those read like if they used Mexican Google translate

@miniontalk2477

Always a little baffling to see english-speaking players playing these Chinese games with the Japanese dub. Playing it dubbed in your native language or with the original voice acting both make sense to me, choosing an unrelated third language because… you’re used to Japanese games I guess (?) is strange.

@TheDreadedZero

My friend is playing this but hers is English dubbed…

@grandpowr

This game level of polish puts many JRPGs to shame, the visuals, music, animations, hype moments, lore, characters, customization, everything is top notch.

@JimC1984

Im going to be dying laughing if this game flies up as high as genshin impact showing ffxvi that turn based is not dead

@choigarden9696

game looks good but too tedious for a gacha game. Rather play another game if it will require my full attention

@DCFatCat

Sure makes Xenoblade Chronicles 2 gotcha system seem a lot better. Remember when we complained about that?

@tplayer23424

i really hope this game doesnt go down hi3 route where the writing got too convoluted.

@mandalorianroby2542

loved genshin and loving honkai star rail too. there's a lot of quality in the writing, the characters and the art style

@MagitekBahamuto

Oh this looks so dull and generic. They are working on another one that looks like Jet Set Radio and that's cool af, I hope Mihoyo don't add a horrible artifact system like Genshin...

@keisukesakamori

genshin impact open world feels more restricted than honkai star rail closed world
HSR got hidden mission, hidden things to talk to and get side quest. even there is hidden event that gives reward that urge you to explore

genshin doesnt reward you to explore except puzzle, side quest are only there when there are ! symbol. talking to NPC doesnt gives hidden side quest or something. there is no purpose to talk to NPC except story mission or side mission. there is no "named" character that you can talk to except story mission, in HSR you can talk to bronya, seele, himeko, welt outside of story mission or side mission and sometimes there is a hidden mission that you can complete

story based HSR is kinda depressing or sad while genshin is happy go lucky power of friendship and love conquer all

battle hype? obvioulsy HSR win. i dont even remember anything memorable early gameplay of genshin except its anime open world that i can run around. even dvalin is not memorable at all
