I thought watching videos like this will give me solution to forget but It made me think about my ex-fiancé more. I still love him so much and can’t imagine moving on without him. I just want him back

@galacticlavalamp6338

Mistakes I’ve made in trying to improve:
Trying to fix everything I don’t like about myself
Giving up every time I stop doing stuff for a couple of days
Beating myself up whenever I don’t meet the standards I’ve set
Not loving myself enough as I am and thinking I need to improve to be good enough

@thehealership8956

3 necessary skills for personal development:

1. GROWTH mindset - get away from the "fixed mindset" where you are afraid of getting out of your comfort zone.

2. STAY CALM - learn how to de-stress yourself and de-escalate a tense situation

3. RESILIENCE - learn to bounce right back: learn from your mistake and try again.

@PrivateEquityGuy

4 things to quit for all people:

1. Caring about what others think
2. Not believing in yourself
3. Not prioritizing your health
4. Wasting your precious time

Bonus: If you ever bite your nails, consider stopping nail-biting as it affects all areas of your life: from relationships -> career/business/income...And it affects it A LOT! (Trust me, I've been there, and done that. Now after 15 years I was able to stop for good!) Teaching how I did it on my Youtube channel.

@PracticalInspiration

Daily gratitude is a game changer. Practicing it at the start of each day sets your state to be a peak performer

@WilliamJonesChess

1. Drink more water. Or, eat a lot of grapes. I suggest red, green, vitoria grapes.
2. Eat Whole Foods. Fruits = grapes, blackberries, strawberries. Vegetables = Broccoli, Onions.
3. Practise Gratitude. Be grateful for what you have, then you will always have enough. Keep thinking about what you don't have, and you will never have enough.
4. Read a book. Top books I recommend are the subtle art by mark manson, and how to win friends and influence people.
5. Listen to a TED talk. So many topics!
6. Forgive someone. This is good for yourself. You let go of the stress, the anxiety.
7. Join a group of supportive individuals. You are the people you surround yourself with. You are what u pay attention to.
8. Congratulate yourself for your growth. Positive reinforcement lets u keep going. You are getting better every day.

Well Done!

@rondaguest

I've been doing the first two things (water + whole foods) for a long time now and my health has never been so great. Lately I'm getting into gratitude too, it makes me feel good so it must be good. Great video, thanks!
